Thank you for downloading Ablemind.

Ablemind is a streaming idea generator. It randomly deals Idea
Cards with one of 87,000,000 possible phrases. These phrases
are suggestions for products or information. Creative exercises
are included in the Help files.

Ablemind uses HTML Help. A guide to this system's features is
included in the Help files. A small set of Idea Cards is included
in this version for evaluation purposes.

The full registered version is $7.95. Order forms are in this
archive and in the Help files. Links are provided for secure
online ordering and delivery. They will launch in your web
browser.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

Windows 98, or Windows 95 with Internet Explorer 4.01 or higher.
Version 1.21 of the HTML Help ActiveX control is installed if not
already present. 2MB of disk space is required to download and
install.

SETUP:

On initial startup, you may wish to adjust the size of the Ablemind
and Ablemind Help windows. Small adjustments of the Ablemind window
will eliminate active scrolls. Window sizing and location will be
remembered for future use.

UNINSTALLER:

Included. Available from Start Menu.

PROGRAM NOTES:

Attempting to reload Idea Cards in rapid succession may cause cards 
to stall or partially load. Best use of each Idea Card occurs when
at least 30 seconds is spent brainstorming. Idea Cards should be
dealt at least 5 seconds apart.

Systems running Internet Explorer 3.02 and lower are not supported. 
Install Internet Explorer 4.01 or higher.

For best display of Idea Cards, your "Internet Options" need to
allow graphics to be displayed. From the Help windows Options menu,
select Internet Options, Advanced tab, scroll to Multimedia menu,
check Show Pictures. This will also change your settings in
Internet Explorer.

The HTML Help Update Program, version 1.21, from Microsoft is installed
with Ablemind. If the Ablemind installation is run in an unstable
Windows environment (i.e. other programs not shut down), you may
need to restart your computer and/or rerun the Update with no other
programs running. The program, file hhupd.exe can also be in 
Ablemind's directory: DRIVENAME:\Program Files\Ablemind Demo\.


ABLEMIND SHAREWARE EDITION LICENSE:

Watershed Liveware grants permission for use of this package 
for evaluation purposes only. You may install and use it for 
15 days. If you decide to keep it, you should register it. You 
will recieve the full version.

Registration supports further development of this program, as 
well as donations to worthy organizations as part of a Global 
Service Project.

You may redistribute this program to other individuals for them 
to evaluate.                      

RESTRICTIONS:

Publication on CD-ROM or disk for redistribution is prohibited 
without permission. Such unauthorized publication will make the 
distributors and publishers liable for royalty payments. This 
evaluation version may not be used by any organization for any 
training program, formal or informal.
